At Atelium, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or refund.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- All accessories must be included
Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or visibly used may be refused.
Return Procedure

- Provide your order number
- We will send you the return address and instructions
⚠️ Returns will not be accepted without a prior request.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, Atelium will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product:
- The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method
- Initial shipping costs will not be refunded (except in the event of our error)
Non-Returnable Items Except in the case of a proven defect, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to improper use
- Incompletely returned products
Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:
